Agencies and institutes are welcome to rent the test studio for their research. On request, Mindfacts is happy to conduct the study from concept phase to the final report.

Concept and analysis
Recruitment and invitation of participants
We offer different methods to find test person: we recruit them either from our data base or directly at the POI (Point of Interest).
Our data base offers test persons of all age range and any professional sector. We avoid so-called "test experts" by ensuring not to invite the same person within a certain time frame (once every 3 months). We guarantee an adequate treatment of all our clients' data according to data security standards.
Guide Line
Upon request, Mindfacts will assist you with the concept and the guide line of your study.
Translation of guide lines and questionnaires
For international studies we work with a team of international translators who translate questionnaires, research tools and analyses. For a list of languages, please see "International Services".
Transcription and consolidation of recordings
All recordings of focus groups and individual interviews are given to professional typists. The client receives a copy. The consolidation of the recordings (categorisation of answers, selection of quotes) is done by the market researcher or the interviewer.
Presentation of report
You receive a power point report with visual charts, screenshots and detailed recommendations of action.
Mindfacts has a network of experienced interviewers with a psychological background. According to the sector of profession, we work with moderators with specific expert knowledge to avoid communication problems during in-depth interviews or panels of experts.
Incentivation of participants
We advise you on how to pay the test persons (cash, gifts in kind) and pay the test persons after the interview.
Refreshments will be served, the catering includes coffee, tea, cake and Italian specialities like antipasti.
Interpreting for international clients
The conference interpreter Irina Sasse assists Mindfacts in all language related questions. With her team of interpreters she is in charge of the communication during international test studies.
Group discussions, face-to-face interviews and workshops are interpreted live (simultaneously) into the target language (mostly from German into English.
